What we're looking for: Someone who provides support to all branches that maintain an Interactive Teller Machine and accepts remote assistance requests as well as provides overrides for customer transactions when needed. Someone responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting bank products/services while processing transactions and paying out funds in accordance with bank procedures, regulatory and legal compliance requirements.

What you'll do:

• Professionally assist customers with concerns and/or questions that may be discussed during the transaction and refer to Supervisor or other departments as needed.
• Work towards achieving continued satisfaction and retention of existing customers by promoting and educating about products that will further benefit their banking experience with RCB Bank.
• Assist the Retail Operations Support Department and/or Corporate Retail Coordinator with tasks, reports, projects, and deadlines as needed.

What you must have:

• Customer service experience
• Cash-handling experience
• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum two (2) years' banking experience
