Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (Minimum 45 hours/week)
Work Environment:
In-office (This position cannot be performed remotely.)
Salary: $110,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience
About Trinity Employment SpecialistsTrinity Employment Specialists is partnering with a well-established organization to identify an experienced Director of Human Resources. This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic HR leader to oversee all aspects of Human Resources while partnering with executive leadership to drive organizational growth, employee engagement, compliance, and talent strategy.
Must-Have Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance.
- Proven experience leading employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compensation, benefits, leave administration, and talent management.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership and support organizational strategy.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience utilizing HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while exercising sound judgment and professionalism.
- Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (minimum 45 hours per week).
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives.
- Lead all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, leave administration, compliance, performance management, and training.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives.
- Provide guidance and leadership regarding employee performance, coaching, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage HRIS systems and leverage workforce data to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets.
- Create and implement leadership development, employee training, and professional development programs.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, accountability, and organizational success.
- Stay current on employment law, HR trends, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
