Welders (MIG/Flux Core/Stick)

Mon-Thurs 5am-3:30pm

Abundant Solutions is hiring Welders for a manufacturing facility in Claremore specializing in structural steel components such as poles, beams, and large assemblies. This role involves production welding using MIG, flux core, or stick processes on thick steel materials.

• Perform MIG, flux core, or stick welding on structural steel
• Weld components such as poles, beams, and large fabricated parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Follow weld procedures to ensure proper penetration and strength
• Use grinders and other tools to clean and prep welds
• Inspect welds for quality and make repairs as needed
• Work with fitters and team members to complete assemblies
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Previous welding experience (structural or production preferred)
• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
• Experience with MIG, flux core, or stick welding
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Reliable and ready to work

• Experience welding thick structural steel
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication shop
