Job Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Working Lead to join our team for manufacturer of heavy-duty leaf springs. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be actively involved in daily production while helping guide and support the team on the shop floor. We are looking for reliable, driven individuals with strong leadership potential who are interested in long-term growth with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example while working alongside the team in daily shop operations
• Support and guide team members to meet production goals and quality standards
• Assist with training new employees and reinforcing company procedures
• Help coordinate workflow and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Monitor productivity and address issues as they arise

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous lead, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred
• Strong work ethic with high accountability and reliability
• Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced production environment
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Desire to grow into a long-term leadership role
