Metal Saw Operator-2nd Shift

Hadco Metal Trading, a long‑stable and globally recognized distributor of semi‑finished metals and plastics, is seeking experienced Industrial Machine Operators for its metal cutting operations in the Claremore facility.

The Metal Saw Operators will work a second shift from 4 pm–1 am, Sunday through Saturday.

Full‑time

As a Saw Machine Operator, you will cut aluminum, stainless steel, engineering‑grade plastic, and other alloys to meet customer specifications.

• Operate manual and/or CNC saws and machinery to accurately cut aluminum, stainless steel, and other alloys.
• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Use quality inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers to perform basic dimensional tolerances.
• Monitor machine operation for accuracy throughout the cutting processes.
• Continuously measure workpiece dimensions to assure constant specification accuracy.
• Prioritize workload to meet customer requirements and company performance goals.

• Solid math skills, including measuring with fractions and decimals.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and stretch.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented and able to multi‑task.
• Familiar with ERP or similar production operations, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
• Minimum age 18 years.
