Air Cooler Assembly Night Shift
5pm - 3:30am Monday - Friday with additional OT on Saturdays as needed. Responsible for reading blueprints and using hand or power tools to construct mechanical air-cooling systems. These roles involve fitting, assembling, and inspecting metal components, coils, and motors. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy parts are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Blueprint Reading:
Study schematics, technical drawings, and work orders to plan the assembly process. - Component Assembly:
Fit, align, and fasten parts together using screws, bolts, rivets, or soldering equipment. - Tool Operation:
Safely utilize a variety of hand and power tools, such as screw guns, rivet guns, and pneumatic hammers. - Quality Control:
Inspect completed products and sub-assemblies to ensure they meet exact tolerances and performance standards. - Material Handling:
Move raw materials and finished goods using equipment like forklifts or overhead cranes. - Safety & Maintenance:
Keep the work area clean and strictly adhere to all factory safety protocols and regulations.
Mechanical Aptitude: A solid understanding of basic mechanical systems and the ability to work with your hands.
Tool Proficiency:
Experience working with industrial hand tools and power equipment.
Physical Capabilities:
Ability to stand for long shifts and frequently lift, carry, or push heavy objects (typically 50 to 75+ lbs).
Attention to Detail:
High degree of accuracy when measuring and aligning components to prevent malfunctions.
Work Environment Requirements
Environment:
Fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse facilities.
Physical Demands:
Repetitive hand movements, frequent bending, kneeling, and prolonged standing.
Safety Equipment:
Mandatory use of protective gear, such as safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection
