Production Operator

The Production Operator ensures safe and efficient production operations. This is a safety-sensitive role that impacts safety, emergency readiness, and facility performance.

• Safety and Compliance:
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Implement established safety procedures and protocols.
  • Identify hazards and incidents.
  • Communicate findings using established procedures.
• Operational Tasks:
  • Operate valves and instruments to adjust process parameters.
  • Make necessary adjustments for operational tolerances.

  • Take or recommend corrective action.
• Competency and Training:
  • Achieve and maintain competency in all operator functions.
  • Help train for less experienced operators.
