As a Production Solutions, Marketing Communications Advisor, you will shape and activate the brand, communications, and marketing engine that drives growth for OFSE's priority products and solutions. You will blend product marketing, demand generation, external communications, brand stewardship, and strategic planning to accelerate pipeline, enhance OFSE's positioning, and strengthen commercial readiness. You will translate complex OFSE technologies into compelling value propositions and partner with COE and regional teams to deliver high-impact integrated campaigns that elevate OFSE's external profile and commercial impact.
Responsibilities- Partner with OFSE Product Line leadership, Strategy, Sales, and Technology to align BMEC strategies with segment growth priorities
- Provide strategic counsel on customer and audience‑led best practices to evolve marketing and communications activities
- Support campaign and activity prioritization, pipeline target setting, and marketing resource allocation with COE teams
- Translate segment growth priorities into integrated multichannel campaigns (ABM, nurture, paid media, digital, webinars/events)
- Lead go‑to‑market planning for product and solution launches in partnership with COE teams
- Develop differentiated value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive narratives
- Build buyer personas and end‑to‑end buyer journeys with product management and technology teams
- Develop campaign briefs and orchestrate delivery with BMEC COE and regional teams
- Ensure alignment between campaign messaging, PL priorities, and enterprise narrative
- Partner with COE on testing, optimization, and data‑driven improvements
- Define, maintain, and activate the OFSE external narrative aligned with enterprise brand strategy
- Support PR COE with insights and content for media, trade outlets, and industry influencers
- Develop proactive earned and owned story pipelines (technology milestones, customer value stories, partnerships, sustainability impacts)
- Support case studies, customer references, thought leadership, and signature OFSE stories
- Support segment‑specific issues/crisis communication; shape executive visibility for segment leaders with COE
- Establish KPIs for campaigns, content, and communications (MQL/SQL, SOV, sentiment, engagement)
- Leverage COE dashboards to track ROI, attribution, and pipeline impact
- Analyze content performance, launch effectiveness, message recall, and enablement adoption
- Provide insights to refine value propositions, GTM plans, and communication strategies
- Ensure consistency of brand, tone, and messaging across all content and campaigns
- Partner with COE content, marketing, and creative teams to manage editorial calendars and content quality
- Maintain governance processes for asset creation, creative reviews, and content prioritization
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Bring 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in an industrial or technical engineering environment
- Have knowledge of oil & gas upstream markets, technologies, and drivers (preferred)
- Understand B2B value chains and client drivers
- Demonstrate experience managing marketing projects, marketing technology systems, and analytics
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage multiple stakeholders
- Show flexibility, willingness to learn, and the ability to drive alignment across teams
This role is in general hours (8AM - 5PM)
