Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part‑Time

Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday 7a-7p

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Memory Care Center at Emerald, a leading skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. In this role, you will provide high‑quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being.

• Patient Care:
  Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitoring and Assessment:
  Monitor residents’ vital signs, document their progress, and report any significant changes to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing.
• Communication:
  Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient care, communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapists, to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
• Current CPR certification.
