Emerald Care Center Claremore is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
The position is full-time for Friday–Sunday 7p–7a with Baylor, located in Claremore, Oklahoma. CPR/BLS certification is required, and prior SNF experience is preferred. Excellent communication and team collaboration are essential.
