We are seeking to add a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to our team!

You will have 3-4 days off per week with 12-hour rotating shifts.
6 pm - 6 am
Week 1:
Mon, Tue, Sat*, Sun*
Week 2:
Wed, Thu, Fri

- Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing techniques. Ensure residents’ chart is current
- Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions. Notify appropriate parties of residents’ change in condition and reaction to drugs, treatments and significant incidents.
- Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of residents.
- Keep residents’ family and physician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications or conditions of health.
- Modify residents’ care plan, care directives, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Nurse Aide flow sheets in conjunction with residents’ changes in condition.
- Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas.
- Collect samples and monitor catheters.
- Provide wound care.
- Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN)
License. - 1+ years of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care environment.
