** position summary:
** we are seeking a skilled carpenter to construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures using wood and other materials. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, and assembling components. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience with power tools, and a commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.

* dependable performance in terms of attendance, acceptance of assignments, and strict adherence to all safety policies and requirements
* communicate professionally and effectively with ambassadors, vendors and our guests
* perform other duties as assigned
** what it takes to succeed:
*** high school diploma or equivalent
* 3+ years of onsite experience in the carpentry trade
* experience with cabinet building and framing, fabrications of solid surface and laminate countertops, roof repairs, drywall installation, concrete work, and more.
* ability to work with blueprints or in-depth sketches
* ability to operate and maintain power and hand tools and other equipment in good safe condition
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* possess basic mathematical skills
* work at heights up to 100ft, work on scaffolding up to 24 ft, and ability to climb and work off of ladders
* ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with assistance
* ability to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors, loud noises/vibrations and cold/heat temperature extremes
* perform cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals
