Outdoor Comfort Solutions is hiring a Lead Deck and Sun Room Carpenter to take the lead on custom outdoor living projects and help deliver clean, well-built work our clients are proud of. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with strong carpentry skills, solid jobsite judgment, and the ability to keep projects moving while maintaining high standards.

We build custom outdoor spaces that improve how people enjoy their homes year‑round. Our projects include patio covers, pergolas, power screens, awnings, decks, and other outdoor living features. We are looking for a field leader who can work alongside the crew, solve problems on site, and make sure the finished product reflects the quality our company is known for.

• Lead and work alongside the crew on the installation of patio covers, pergolas, awnings, decks, power screens, and related outdoor structures
• Read project drawings, plans, and job specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials with a high level of precision
• Keep the jobsite organized, productive, and in line with safety expectations
• Direct crew members on daily tasks and help maintain quality control throughout the project
• Coordinate with project managers to communicate progress, address field issues, and stay on schedule
• Train and support less experienced installers and crew members
• Maintain professional communication with clients when needed on site
• Use Job Tread for project updates and documentation when applicable

• At least 5 years of carpentry experience in residential construction, framing, finish work, or similar field work
• Prior experience leading a crew, supervising a jobsite, or serving as the lead installer on projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, materials, and jobsite workflow
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and detailed project plans
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening after offer
• Job Tread experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and pride in doing the job right
• Dependable, professional, and able to lead by example in the field

• $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
