As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and dependable RV Technician to join our team immediately.

• $40,000–$60,000+ per year (based on experience and performance)

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair RV systems – electrical, plumbing, propane, and HVAC
• Install and service appliances, roofs, awnings, siding, windows, and interior components
• Perform pre‑delivery inspections and install customer accessories
• Troubleshoot using manuals, diagnostic tools, and manufacturer resources
• Maintain high safety and quality standards on every job

• Minimum 1 year of RV dealership experience required
• RVIA certification (preferred but not required)
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders or rooftops
• Dependable, energetic, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork

Experience in HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or plumbing trades is a big plus.
