We're hiring a full-time Aerobic Septic Technician in Claremore, OK, and this role is perfect for someone who loves hands-on work and connecting with people.
The Basics
Pay: $20 - $30 per hr
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Overtime opportunities available.

Your Day as an Aerobic Septic Technician
As our Aerobic Septic Technician, you'll:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair residential aerobic treatment systems
- Evaluate system performance and ensure compliance
- Service and inspect compressors, pumps, diffusers, and control systems
- Diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs or component replacements
- Log all service details accurately using field management software
- Explain system conditions and maintenance needs to homeowners clearly and professionally
You'll be the expert customers trust, and the technician we rely on.
Requirements for Aerobic Septic Tech
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Experience with aerobic treatment systems (preferred)
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to work confidently and independently in the field
