Job SummaryAs an Instrumentation & Electrical Engineering Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience in the installation, operation, and maintenance of critical systems. Your focus areas will include electronic instrumentations, distributed control systems (DCS), electrical distribution, pneumatic/hydraulic controls, and control valves. Collaborate with our team, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to safe and efficient plant operations. You will report to the I&C Engineer and work onsite.
This is a safety‑sensitive position.
- Prioritize safety through hazard identification and safety meetings.
- Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair electronic instruments.
- Learn control loop tuning, valve rebuilding, and pneumatic positioner work.
- Gain experience in electrical system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Participate in HAZOPs, change management, and procurement.
- Support plant project installation, commissioning, and documentation.
- Enrolled in an accredited Electrical Engineering Program.
- Enrolled in an accredited Instrumentation Engineering Program.
