The Ins and Outs of Becoming a Journeyman Service Plumber The

Schedule:

You currently work from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is available, and some on-call may be required on weekends in the future as we continue to grow.

Your Role:

You're responsible for going on residential service calls and showing up on time. Always polite and professional, you speak with clients, answer questions, and deliver excellent customer service. You explain service options, use Service Titan to build estimates, and gain the client's approval before getting to work. As you repair plumbing systems, replace fixtures, install equipment, and clean drains, you complete quality work that meets state and city codes.

When the job is done, you collect payments and send invoices. You maintain a presentable appearance and a well-organized work truck, supporting our reputation for excellence and professionalism!

Minimum Requirements:

Current Oklahoma journeyman license
Experience installing fixtures like toilets, water heaters, sinks, faucets, etc.
Ability to use or learn our field management system
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and service systems without supervision
Ability to work independently, take accountability, and complete high-quality work
Strong communication and customer service skills
Desire to learn more and build on existing skills
Self-starter attitude with a motivation to meet goals
Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

Plumbing service experience
Customer-facing experience
Estimate building experience

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
