Laborer – Storm Shelter & Septic Install Team

Position Overview

JT Services is seeking a reliable, hard-working Laborer to support our Storm Shelter and Septic Install Team. This role is hands-on, outdoors, and essential to delivering safe, high-quality installations for homeowners across Northeastern Oklahoma. If you enjoy physical work, operating machinery, and being part of a strong team, this is the role for you.

• Assist with the installation of storm shelters and septic systems
• Operate machinery and equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, trenchers, and other jobsite tools
• Perform digging, grading, trenching, back filling, and general site preparation
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors
• Work outdoors daily in all weather conditions
• Represent JT Services with professionalism and respect at every jobsite

• Experience operating machinery/equipment is required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and all conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
