Maintenance Technician Pay: $18-23
Schedule:
Full-Time 1st & 2nd shift
Location:
Claremore, Ok Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement of equipment and systems in a manufacturing environment. This role supports production by maintaining equipment uptime through preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Primary Duties Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, tools, and facility systems
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform effective troubleshooting
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve performance
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policies
Assist with spare parts inventory and order necessary supplies
Support facility maintenance including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and structural repairs
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including motors, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes
Proficient in electrical systems, including reading schematics and wiring diagrams
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or on-call as needed
Reliable and team-oriented
Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required
Technical or trade school training preferred
Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience using manual machine shop tools for fabrication and repair
Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in elevated or confined spaces
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing
Regular use of hands for tools and equipment
