WHAT YOU’LL DO:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Auto Body Technician with experience in collision and auto-body repair.
  • Assess vehicle damage accurately and determine appropriate repair methods and procedures.
  • Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels, frames, and structural components using a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Perform dent removal, sanding, painting, and finishing work to restore vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards.
  • Safely operate equipment and utilize proper lifting techniques to move vehicles, parts, and materials as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support operational efficiency and workplace safety.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, industry regulations, and quality standards throughout the repair process.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and within established timelines.
  • WHAT YOU BRING:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in autobody repair.
  • Mechanical or broader automotive repair experience is considered an asset.
  • Previous dealership experience is considered a strong asset, demonstrating familiarity with manufacturer repair standards and processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret repair estimates, damage assessments, and work orders.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and structural repairs.
  • Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment required for autobody and collision repairs.
  • Hands-on experience with dent removal, sanding, painting, refinishing, and vehicle restoration techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and workmanship.
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and exceptional teamwork.
