Chemical Regulatory Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Chemical Regulatory Coordinator to join their team. As a Chemical Regulatory Coordinator, you will be part of the Corporate Regulatory Affairs Department supporting compliance and safety data sheet management. Job Title: Chemical Regulatory Coordinator

Location: Clark, NJ

• Assess, classify, and author safety data sheets (SDS) using SAP Product Compliance solutions.
• Prepare SDS in multiple regional formats and ensure compliance with local language requirements.
• Review raw materials and associated toxicology/ecotoxicology information to confirm appropriate classification of mixtures.
• Maintain and update hazard communication databases to ensure accurate and current information.
• Perform transportation reviews to ensure hazard classification and packaging meet regulatory standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, environmental studies, or other science-based programs.
• 1+ years of industry experience in regulatory compliance or related fields.
• Experience with SDS authoring and familiarity with SAP Product Compliance/EHS modules is preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and maintain self-motivation in an independent work environment.
