- Review and understand product design and functional requirements
- Develop manufacturing and inspection processes for NPI launches
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams on scope, timelines, and resources
- Support validations (FAI, OQ, PQ, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, PPAP)
- Monitor production readiness and project progress
- Perform process characterization, SPC, and root cause analysis
- Address customer complaints and returned material
- Ensure compliance with internal and customer quality standards
- Travel as needed to customers or suppliers
- Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or process engineering
- Extensive experience within the medical device industry
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and regulated environments
