Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Packaging Engineer II to join their team. As a Packaging Engineer II, you will be part of the Packaging Development supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, agility, and leadership skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Engineer II

Location: Clark, NJ

Pay Range: $50

• Develop and manage project timelines, identifying key tasks and milestones to ensure on‑time product launches in compliance with quality standards.
• Present project reviews and drive risk escalations to leadership teams to maintain project momentum.
• Guide marketing teams in new product briefs and conception definitions, ensuring alignment with agility, profitability, and future‑focused initiatives.
• Engage operations and cross‑functional stakeholders to foster participation and ownership of transversal projects.
• Lead project review meetings, resolve roadblocks, and analyze launch viability in terms of cost, timeline, and sustainability.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in package/product development and project management, preferably in cosmetics, consumer goods, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
• Technical packaging experience is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and excellent communication skills to influence at all organizational levels.
