Design Manager - Highway Bridge Design-Build

We'll provide you the opportunity to lead a large team of engineers and oversee scheduling, coordination and technical work.

You'll work with various disciplines to efficiently complete tasks on schedule.

You'll interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices. Also, we'll look to you to solve complex problems, take a broad perspective to identify different solutions, as well as guide others in solving complex issues in specialized areas based on existing solutions and procedures.

You'll work with an experienced and innovative team of Engineers and Project Managers , as well as gain experience working directly with our clients and contractor partners to solve their most challenging problems. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living.

- Licensed and registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of New York and/or New Jersey - or the ability to obtain within six months

- Strong organizational and communication skills and leadership abilities

- Substantial years of experience managing design for highway or bridge projects, preferably in the New York/New Jersey transportation infrastructure market for NYSDOT or NJDOT

- Design-Build management experience on at least three design-build projects

- Design experience on projects of > $ 300 M construction cost
