What you will doAs GEP becomes an AI-native platform, we’re expanding our internal AI enablement team with
Agentic AI Developers
—technical builders who understand real-world business workflows. This isn’t just a heads-down coding role. You’ll work directly with internal teams to
design, prototype, and deploy AI agents
that automate high-volume, repeatable tasks across marketing, consulting, sales, operations, and more.
You’ll collaborate with domain experts, translate their challenges into technical requirements, and build solutions using the latest LLM and automation technologies. You’ll also help teams adopt and adapt these agents through training and support.
- Design and deploy autonomous AI agents and workflows that enhance productivity and decision-making across business functions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements, build prototypes, and roll out solutions.
- Integrate tools with internal systems (via APIs, databases, CRM, etc.) and automate multi-step processes.
- Develop GPT-powered copilots, assistants, or dashboards tailored to team-specific needs.
- Maintain and grow a shared library of prompts, agents, and templates used across GEP functions.
- Create user-facing resources and support team adoption through demos, guides, and iterative feedback.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure scale, integration, and compliance.
- Continuously explore and recommend new agentic AI capabilities or tools for business use.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
Location: This is a hybrid position based at our Clark, NJ headquarters

- 1+ years of experience building with generative AI, automation platforms, or scripting languages
—or strong demonstrable skills. - Hands-on familiarity with tools like
Lang Chain, Copilot, Auto Gen, Zapier, OpenAI API
, or similar frameworks. - Ability to connect AI outputs to real business actions through workflow logic and system integration.
- Solid understanding of business processes and interest in solving real-world operational challenges.
- Comfort working across functions, gathering feedback, and iterating based on evolving needs.
- Strong documentation and collaboration habits—your work is usable by others.
- Bonus: experience with LLM agent frameworks, prompt engineering, or enterprise-grade tool deployments.
Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Additional Compensation:Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.
