Location: St. Paul, MN (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Daytime Hours
Pay: $40 - $42/hour
Our client is seeking an IT Digital Analyst to support and maintain enterprise digital platforms, websites, and content management systems. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping ensure websites remain functional, user‑friendly, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting web‑based platforms, content management systems, website operations, and digital technologies while possessing strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Support the ongoing administration, maintenance, and optimization of company websites and digital platforms.
- Monitor website functionality, performance, and uptime, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Assist with content updates, page creation, publishing activities, and content management workflows.
- Analyze website metrics and reporting data to provide actionable business insights.
- Troubleshoot website issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical concerns.
- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Provide training and support to internal users on digital tools, processes, and best practices.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and IT teams to implement enhancements, updates, and new functionality.
- Perform audits to ensure compliance with accessibility standards, security requirements, and corporate branding guidelines.
- Communicate technical information, system behavior, and web‑related concepts to business partners and leadership in a clear and understandable manner.
- Participate in special projects and support evolving business initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Digital Technology, or a related field.
- Experience supporting websites, digital platforms, content management systems, or web applications.
- Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and content publishing workflows.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and supporting end users.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as Jira or Service Now.
- Experience with backend web technologies and applications such as AWS S3, TIBCO, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to website analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Experience creating process documentation, training materials, or user guides.
- Background in digital operations, web administration, content management, or IT support within a regulated environment.
