As a Scientific Research Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Research and Development department supporting claims validation, product testing, and technical communication. • Provide technical support for makeup projects, including creating testing plans and negotiating claims with marketing and legal teams.
• Track project progress, ensure timely completion of tests, and communicate updates to marketing teams.
• Explain technical information and technologies related to ingredients and testing processes for product sand competitive brands.
• Create detailed product technical dossiers to support new product proposals and launches, including formulas, packaging, demos, and claims.
• Collaborate with U.S. Safety, Claims, and Evaluation teams to determine sampling needs and coordinate with labs for timely sample receipt.

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a technical or scientific role, preferably within the cosmetics or consumer products industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Background in marketing or familiarity with product claims and regulatory considerations is a plus.
