Job Title: Logistics / Supply Chain Associate

Location: Clark, NJ

Pay Range: $25/hr

• Support the execution of promotional assembly and packaging operations across third‑party manufacturing and logistics partners.
• Maintain inventory health, monitor inventory levels, and support procurement activities to ensure continuous production.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional assembly programs, ensuring projects meet service level agreements and OTIF targets.
• Analyze operational reports, track key performance indicators, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, or operations.
• Must have experience with 3PLs, contracts, and suppliers.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar.
• Strong data analytics tools, advanced Excel/Power BI.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
