Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain and logistics industry, is seeking a Logistics / Supply Chain Associate to join their team. As a Logistics / Supply Chain Associate, you will be part of the Supply Chain – Assembly & Promotional Operations department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Logistics / Supply Chain Associate
Location: Clark, NJ
Pay Range: $25/hr
What's the Job?- Support the execution of promotional assembly and packaging operations across third‑party manufacturing and logistics partners.
- Maintain inventory health, monitor inventory levels, and support procurement activities to ensure continuous production.
- Coordinate shipment schedules and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional assembly programs, ensuring projects meet service level agreements and OTIF targets.
- Analyze operational reports, track key performance indicators, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, or operations.
- Must have experience with 3PLs, contracts, and suppliers.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar.
- Strong data analytics tools proficiency, advanced Excel/Power BI.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
