* Job Summary:
*
* The Temporary Supply Chain Associate will support the execution of promotional assembly and packaging operations across third-party manufacturing and logistics partners. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory health, coordinating packaging materials, supporting vendor management activities, and ensuring promotional programs are delivered on time and in full (OTIF).

** Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Associate includes but not limited to:*
* + Inventory & Materials Management.
+ Monitor inventory levels and inventory health across assigned programs and locations.
+ Support procurement and replenishment of packaging materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
+ Review inventory discrepancies and partner with warehouses and vendors to resolve issues.
+ Assist with monthly inventory reconciliations and reporting.
+ Support management of short-dated, excess, and obsolete inventory.
+ Vendor & 3PL Coordination.
+ Serve as a point of contact for third-party logistics providers (3PLs), contract packers, and suppliers.
+ Coordinate shipment schedules and material deliveries to production sites.
+ Support vendor onboarding, maintenance, and documentation activities.
+ Track vendor performance and assist in issue resolution.
** Promotional Assembly Planning
** Support planning and execution of promotional assembly programs.
Monitor production schedules and material availability.
Help ensure projects meet service level agreements and OTIF targets.
Assist with BOM validation and packaging component tracking.
** Data Analysis & Reporting
** Maintain and analyze operational reports using Excel and Power BI.Track key performance indicators related to inventory, service, and production execution.
Identify risks and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation.
Systems & Tools
** Utilize business systems including:
** SAP, Power BI, Excel, Wrike, COSMO, EDI and other internal supply chain planning and reporting tools.

* Qualifications:
*
* + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
+ 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, or operations.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

** Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
Experience with inventory management, packaging, or promotional assembly operations.
Familiarity with Power BI or data visualization tools.
Experience working with vendors, suppliers, or third-party logistics providers.

+ HYBRID - Clark, NJ (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

** Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
