Innovation Project Manager

Our client, a top personal care manufacturing company, is looking for an Innovation Project Manager in Clark! The successful candidate will have a PMP and Project Management experience.

• Contract Role: 6 months
• Pay: $44.11/hr on W2

• Lead cross-functional teams and partners through the full innovation lifecycle, from initial scoping and resource planning to milestone delivery and senior management reviews.
• Act as the guarantor for project health by tracking progress, managing complex budgets and risks, and developing scenario plans to navigate potential roadblocks.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating workshops, coaching team members, and applying organizational change management to optimize R&I methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Engineering field is required; PMP highly preferred.
• Project management experience supporting complex, large-scale projects within multi-disciplinary teams (personal care or cosmetic industry experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills characterized by high EQ, empathy, and the ability to challenge the status quo to drive timely decision-making.
