• Lead R&I teams through the delivery of complex projects utilizing project methodology & tools in the execution of innovation projects.
• Drive framing of project scope with all partners and stakeholders, define the work plan/resources, and create and manage project timelines, identifying milestones and reporting on costs and risks.
• Track project progress, identify alerts to communicate to stakeholders, and drive scenario planning for governance meetings.
• Manage cross‑functional project teams, facilitate workshops and team meetings.
• Be the guarantor of effective risk management with the team: identification, assessment, and prevention/mitigation plans.

• Minimum of 0‑3 years of business experience in project management supporting complex or large‑scale projects.
• Experience in the personal care/cosmetic industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to express contrary points of view and push for timely decisions.
• Empathy and emotional intelligence (EQ).
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field;
  Project Management Professional (PMP) is desirable.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by Work Genius.
