GEP is seeking a Director – Managed Services (Procurement Transformation) to lead strategic procurement managed services engagements for global clients. This role combines executive client relationship management, large-scale service delivery, and procurement transformation leadership. The successful candidate will oversee global onshore and offshore teams, drive operational excellence, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while ensuring exceptional business outcomes.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of procurement managed services engagements across global clients.
- Build and manage executive-level client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact.
- Lead geographically distributed onshore consulting and offshore delivery teams, ensuring high-quality execution and achievement of SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive large-scale procurement transformation initiatives across Source-to-Pay (S2P), Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supplier Management, and Procurement Operations.
- Partner with clients to identify continuous improvement opportunities, optimize operating models, and deliver measurable business value.
- Lead governance reviews, executive business reviews, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with consulting, sales, and solutioning teams to support account growth, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, digital procurement solutions, and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage delivery financials, resource planning, utilization, and profitability.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in procurement consulting, managed services, supply chain, or business transformation.
- Proven experience leading global onshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Strong client-facing experience managing executive stakeholders and complex global accounts.
- Demonstrated success leading procurement transformation and managed services engagements.
- Expertise across S2P, P2P, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supplier Management, and Procurement Operations.
- Experience with procurement technologies such as GEP SMART, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Ivalua, or Jaggaer is preferred.
$190,000 – $210,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Additional CompensationEligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.
