Our Clark location is part of our Taste Division, producing flavors and ingredients. The Clark facility has two buildings: the North building focuses on natural flavorings and essential oils, while the South building focuses on seasonings for meat, chicken broth, and beef gravy. 160 Terminal Ave, Clark, NJ 07066.

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour plus $0.50 shift differential.

Working Hours:

2:30 pm – 10:30 pm.

• Compound formulas accurately by weight and by ingredients and ensure that the best methodology is utilized based upon the particular product or mix.
• Possess and apply working knowledge of all raw materials before use, i.e., mixing/heating to ensure quality and consistency in batches.
• Utilize inventory lot rotation (FIFO) for all materials used.
• Possess and apply working knowledge of all pumps, mixers, scales, forklifts, high‑density storage units, meters, and computers.
• Follow all manufacturing instructions on formula batch sheet using proper mixing techniques to ensure product quality.
• Properly label all batches submitted to the lab for evaluation.
• Follow all 5S and Good Manufacturing Practices to maintain good housekeeping and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental laws and regulations.
• Proper handling of Allergen products and equipment according to Allergen Control Procedures.
• Other duties assigned by Management.
• Must be available for weekend work as needed; shift subject to change.

• Minimum 6 months experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs., push up to a 450‑lb. metal drum on a roller conveyor, and stand for prolonged periods.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Follow proper housekeeping and sanitary GMP procedures to prevent product contamination; use clean tools and utensils and keep them properly stored or hung.
• HS or equivalent experience.
• Must have experience within the Flavor or a closely related industry.
• Must be proficient in compounding techniques and raw materials.
• Must be proficient in the use of scales and other compounding equipment.

Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, move up to 400 pounds, operate forklifts and other equipment integral to the job functions, see and distinguish between labels, stand for extended periods, walk through the warehouse, and be certified to wear a respirator and follow all rules regarding respirator wear.
