Our client, a dynamic leader in the beauty industry, is seeking a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator I to join their team. As a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator I, you will be part of the Marketing/Product Development department supporting innovative projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Marketing Assistant/Coordinator I
Location:Clark, NJ
Pay Range: $25/hr- $28/hr
What's the Job?
- Support the development of marketing materials and presentations for meetings and projects
- Assist in preparing decks and reports to communicate consumer insights and market intelligence
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Help connect consumer opportunities with innovative product ideas
- Support the execution of marketing and product development initiatives in a fast-paced environment
What's Needed?
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed
- Interest or background in the beauty industry, with a focus on hair care or skin care preferred
