Title: Content Communications Specialist

Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities- Support town halls, all-hands meetings, employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and other internal events.
- Develop internal communications for newsletters, intranets, digital signage, video, social media, and other channels.
- Create engaging written, digital, social, video, photography, presentation, and multimedia content.
- Identify and develop stories highlighting innovation, sustainability, digital transformation, safety, manufacturing excellence, and employee achievements.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex topics into clear messaging while managing communications projects, timelines, priorities, and creative opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, employee engagement, or a related area.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse platforms and audiences.
- Strong social media and digital content expertise, including experience creating written, digital, social, and/or video content.
- Highly organized, proactive, creative, and entrepreneurial, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities independently and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
