OVERVIEW Provide direct, patient-facing clinical care in a clinic setting, supporting assessments, treatments, documentation, and overall clinic operations.

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vitals, and document responses to treatment
• Supportphlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing
• Document patient medical history, medications, allergies, and related details in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and the clinical team
• Keep the clinicorganized, clean, and well-stocked
• Help connect patients to appropriate resources for self-care and disease management

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license(must be in good standing)
• Minimum 1 year related experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

• EpicEMR experience
• Strong comfort with fast-paced, patient-facing outpatient clinic workflows
