Lab Technician III

Our client is seeking a Lab Technician III to join their team. As a Lab Technician III, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting packaging testing and product evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a curious attitude for learning, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Clark, NJ

Pay Range: $22/Hr to $25/Hr

• Assist with packaging testing for new launches, formula renovations, and packaging changes.
• Perform hands-on lab work including drop tests, decoration testing, filling samples, and evaluating samples.
• Create templates, record data accurately, and communicate results effectively.
• Support e-commerce testing, including filling and sorting finished goods for various product updates.
• Support the team based on priority, contributing to overall project success.

• Technical or scientific background preferred (engineering, material science, packaging, etc).
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to quickly learn web-based software.
• Willingness to do repeated bending, lifting, and standing as part of daily tasks.
