Job Title: Product Performance Evaluation Scientist

Location: Clark, NJ

• Assist in conducting consumer research studies of skincare products.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure smooth study execution.
• Design and develop surveys and questionnaires for research purposes.
• Analyze data and interpret results to support product performance evaluations.
• Support study design and methodology development to ensure scientific rigor.

• Experience in databasing and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in computer tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Sigma Plot, and SIMS.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Background knowledge in cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products is advantageous.
