The Fountain Group is currently seeking a - Clinical Data Analyst I for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Clark, NJ. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Title: Clinical Data Analyst I (Cosmetic/Haircare)
Location: Clark, NJ
Pay Rate: $26.48/hr
Duration: 3 Months (40 hrs/week, possible extension)
Support research activities across lab-based demo exploration and data-driven analysis. Perform hands-on formulation experiments and generate technical dossiers by analyzing and compiling research data. Contribute to personal care and haircare product development through experimental testing, documentation, and digital content creation.
EducationBS in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific/technical field
Required Skills- Hands-on laboratory experience in formulation or product testing within personal care/cosmetics
- Data analysis, interpretation, and technical dossier/report generation
- Experience with haircare and styling product formulations
- Proficiency with digital content and editing tools (iMovie, Clipchamp, Canva)
- Familiarity with social media platforms for scientific/demo content (Tik Tok, etc.)
- Experience supporting R&D or product development workflows
- Experience in cosmetic or personal care industry R&D environments
- Exposure to demo/sample preparation and product performance testing
- Knowledge of ingredient functionality and formulation techniques in haircare
- Experience creating technical or demo-based digital content for product communication
