Job Description

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry‑leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained within Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure sales representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive and professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet defined physical activities: repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs; includes moving products from stock rooms to store floor and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Clark, NJ (primary location); secondary locations:
  Watchung & Woodbridge, NJ.
• Schedule availability required:
  Sun, Mon, Wed, Thu & Sat.

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience.
