Our client is seeking a Scientist to join their innovative research team. As a Scientist, you will be part of the Research & Innovation Department supporting formulation development and product innovation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

* + Independently manage product development projects from inception to launch, ensuring timely delivery.

+ Develop and refine formulations for hair care, scalp, and manageability products.

+ Perform stability testing and resolve any stability issues to ensure product quality.

+ Monitor and ensure the conformity and quality of formulations.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, regulatory, and manufacturing to support product success.

** What's Needed?*
* + A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in science or engineering.

+ 1-5 years of technical experience, preferably in personal care or cosmetic formulation.

+ Familiarity with formulation processes and raw material technologies.

+ Knowledge of the US hair market and regulatory requirements is desirable.

+ Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
