Research And Development Specialist

Title: Product Performance Evaluation, Clinical/Instrumental Claims I

Duration: 6 Months (High possibility of extension)

Location: HYBRID - Clark, NJ

• Data analysis
• Strong communication

Assist in conducting consumer research studies of skincare products. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, follow through and take ownership of projects from start to finish. Prioritization skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is also very important in this role. The ideal candidate will be flexible, motivated, have strong attention to detail, thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment, and change direction with ease whenever necessary.

• Consumer research
• Coordination of product with outside vendors
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Draft screeners/communicate recruitment criteria
• Survey/questionnaire research and design
• Study design and methodology development
• Computer proficiency:
  Excel, Power‑Point, Word, Outlook, Sigma Plot, SIMS
• Statistical analysis/interpretation
• Background in cosmetics, skin care, personal care products
