As a chemist, you will be an integral part of the research and development department, supporting multiple projects and contributing to the development of high-quality products.

What's the Job?

• Complete formulas and ensure their stability through follow-up and adjustments as necessary
• Create prototype formulas and modify them to meet product specifications
• Provide innovative solutions to challenges that arise during product development
• Collaborate with support groups within R&D to facilitate project success
• Maintain a minimum of 5 basic projects simultaneously, ensuring timely progress and quality

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry
• Proficiency in computer literacy and software tools relevant to formulation work
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Strong team-player attitude with a positive outlook and problem-solving mindset
