Home Services Craftsman (Carpentry Specialist)

Pride Staff is seeking a skilled Home Services Craftsman on behalf of our client, a premier local provider of home maintenance and repair services in the Westfield, NJ area.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour (W2 position)

• Schedule: Monday – Friday; No weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various home repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects.

• Specialization in Carpentry (trim work, repairs, installations) with general knowledge of other trades.

• Provide clear, professional communication to homeowners regarding project status.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site.

• Represent the brand with a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in at least two skilled trades ( Carpentry proficiency is required ).

• Location: Must live within a 10-mile radius of Westfield, NJ.

• Transportation: Must own a reliable truck, van, or SUV for tool transport (required for initial phase).

• Communication: Must be fluent in English and able to interact professionally with high-end clientele.

• Verification: Must be comfortable with a pre-employment background check.
