- Monitor process execution and verify that physical activity and SAP/RF transactions align for receipts, moves, picks, staging, loading, and inventory-related tasks.

- Train, coach, and reinforce standard work with warehouse associates and support cross-training to build functional depth across critical tasks.

- Identify and escalate issues related to inventory discrepancies, shipment delays, receiving errors, documentation gaps, equipment concerns, or safety and quality risks.

- Support KPI performance through disciplined execution in areas such as receiving accuracy, inventory accuracy, dock flow, GI/GR timeliness, OTIF, and load or document accuracy.

- Maintain clean, organized, and visually controlled work areas that support audit readiness and efficient warehouse operation.

- Provide backup leadership or direct support across other warehouse areas during staffing gaps, peak periods, vacations, or abnormal operating conditions.
