We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to manage Accounts Payable, Payroll, and related accounting functions across multiple companies
. This position reports directly to the Business Manager and plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Review, verify, and process invoices and payment requests across multiple entities
- Enter, upload, and manage invoices and disbursement options in Quick Books
- Prepare and process electronic payments, checks, and payment runs
- Manage Accounts Payable and Payroll from start through posting, reconciliation, and analysis for multiple companies and departments
- Assist with month‑end close
, account reconciliations, and quarterly payroll tax filings - Coordinate new‑hire onboarding and related documentation
- Organize and maintain HR records, including timekeeping and vacation databases
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll
- Strong Quick Books experience (daily use required)
- Solid Excel skills
, including formulas and spreadsheet management - Experience working with multiple companies or entities
- Understanding of general accounting principles
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll and employment compliance
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to handle confidential information
