About the Role:

You’ll be the key connection between customers, technicians, and insurance partners writing accurate estimates, ordering and verifying parts, and helping ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly. This is a handsâ€'on, fastâ€'paced role within a reputable dealership known for quality repairs and strong customer service.

Key Responsibilities – Collision Estimator / Parts Associate:

• Greet customers and assess vehicle damage
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC, Mitchell, or similar platforms
• Communicate with insurance companies to obtain approvals
• Review repair plans with technicians and document all repair needs
• Order OEM and aftermarket parts based on approved estimates
• Track parts status, verify accuracy, and manage returns/credits
• Maintain organized parts storage and repair files
• Provide repair status updates to customers
• Support the Body Shop Manager with workflow coordination
• Ensure a clean, professional, and safetyâ€'focused work environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ Years of previous experience as a Collision Estimator, Parts Associate, Service Advisor or similar role required
• Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance procedures
• Proficiency with estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)
• Knowledge of OEM and aftermarket parts ordering
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fastâ€'paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
