NTB is proud to join the Mavis Tire family. We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service, repair and tire sales centers in the Bridgeport, WV area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

As Mavis’s leaders in undercar repairs, Automotive Mechanics are trusted to inspect, diagnose and perform a wide variety of automotive services on customers’ vehicles. Responsibilities include undercar repairs (brakes, struts and shocks), completing state‑mandated inspections, changing oil and filters, checking fluids, replacing worn parts, and dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Extensive personal tool box for undercar repairs.
• Preferred: state inspection license(s).
• Preferred: ASE certifications – Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), Brakes (A5).

Automotive mechanics must stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle maintenance. Mechanics must regularly lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
