Onsite Procore Lead

Overview

An industrial construction project team is seeking an Onsite Procore Lead to support execution of a large-scale power generation project involving a 625-MW gas combined cycle power plant.

This role serves as the day-to-day Procore owner onsite, supporting project management, supervision, and field teams throughout the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong field experience and is comfortable working directly with superintendents and craft leadership in an active industrial construction environment.

• Serve as the onsite Procore lead and primary point of contact for the project
• Support project managers, superintendents, and field teams with daily Procore use
• Manage project setup, user permissions, and workflows
• Oversee Procore modules including:
  Drawings, RFIs, Submittals, Daily Logs, Inspections, Punch Lists, and Project Closeout
• Train new project staff and onboard users as the project ramps up
• Troubleshoot Procore issues and drive user adoption in the field
• Enforce standardized workflows and best practices
• Coordinate with corporate Procore administrators and leadership
• Support reporting and documentation accuracy throughout the project

• 3 to 5+ years of Procore experience on active construction projects
• Strong field-based construction experience
• Experience supporting large, complex industrial or infrastructure projects
• Ability to work onsite full-time for the duration of the project
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Industrial construction, power generation, energy, or EPC experience
• Prior experience in a Procore Administrator or Project Controls role
• Experience supporting mobile field workflows and tablet-based teams

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
• Per diem eligible
• Long-term project stability with approximately 24 months duration
